Embodiment of strength, a woman can rule the world with just one move.
Yes! She is the 21st-century woman.
She is the change.
The world is a keen observer, but treasures are hidden in her passion.
She followed the talent that God gifted her.
She believes in herself.
She’s an updated version of the century…
All these above are statements, but on the other side, society’s rituals and customs take precedence.
Yes, still a must-follow custom is marriage. Chasing her dreams, she finally has to follow the path of society at the end.
And the big event is here—her marriage is fixed, and she will be addressed as Mrs. X from Miss.
Cards were distributed, and all the ceremonies were performed with a huge crowd gathering at the venue. There was excitement all around, but she was quiet and observing everything.
Questions were raised in her mind with mixed emotions. She couldn’t express them to anyone. It felt like a war within herself.
Time was flying, and memories were fading; she was stuck in the middle of the world it seemed.
The creeping sound of fears.
Reverse effects of thoughts.
Consistency was vulnerable.
Negotiation with oneself.
The previous question remained unanswered.
Confusion was so fuzzy.
It was the state of her subconscious mind.
But now, the bride was ready with her beautiful attire, heavy glittery jewellery, and flowers tied up in her hair. She looked gorgeous, like a divine diva.
All eyes were upon her—clicking pictures, a dancing crowd. She waved her hand and smiled, but with a heavy heart, knowing that her life would change in just a few hours.
The groom had arrived with loud music heard in the surroundings. Relatives were dancing with joy, and kids were bursting crackers.
She was stuck for a moment…
Questions raised again, and the sound was echoing in her mind, banging and asking:
- Will individuals be officially declared a couple after a day’s ceremony?
- Is that perfect?
- The bride would be treated as a queen for that day…
- Will this queen rule her own life?
- Her life would be judged every day by others.
- Will that be fair?
- The only man she ever loved and trusted was her father.
- Would her partner even share that stage?
- She always dreamed of her marriage as an event of ritual.
- Would these rituals guarantee her dreams to be chased?
- The dream would be dreamed each day after that day…
- The groom is the only one who can assure her in each way…!
- Would he be able to understand her that way?
She was suspicious with mixed feelings.
The moment would change her place from one family to another. It’s a life-changing day. She is all set to sail. Mighty blessings will be showered on her.
He approached her, held her hand, and asked her if she was fine. He told her to sit for a moment and breathe deeply. He got her a glass of water and settled her down.
This was the moment that clicked in her mind and knocked on her heart. Now she realized that, yes… he is the man of her dreams—reality to be lived forever.
With a big smile on her face, she steps forward with him to start their journey of togetherness—forever and ever.
