Unanswered love

Poet: Kanisha Shah

Do people genuinely care?
By understanding the reasoning life isn't fair
It's like they really wants a thing except things for one's own
No one wants to please you till you please them to the bone
It's the fact comes from heartache that we all must face sometimes
Yet no one believes they're not alone when anguish climbs
However, no-one's better than most one's out there
Who will fake a reason to assit and soothe despair
Those who make thy lonely world a worthwhile waste of age
Those who give strength whilst insecure may turn the page
Dsyfunctional family call them related or attained
Those who wouldn't appalled when thy hands red were stained
Some no-one's are much worse of one's the most
They build up ego and give strength to boast
Surely will fancy them for giving such a gift
With malicious goals they set thy mind adrift
Once they hook heart with hooks as sharp as hornet's teeth
With their charm, draw one closer and then cunningly unsheathe
Neither blade of iron nor blade to cut thy skin
But blade of desire that will Pierce thy soul from within
It's a pinpoint that give rise to sudden heart attack
Psychological pain that sets mind and spirit far aback
Is love that is what has been heard and said
It's Unanswered, star-crossed true
