We spend most of our lifespan thinking “Why me?”. Instead of a solution that will help you swim back.
At times, this looks easy to talk about but unworkable.
So How to stay calm when too much pressure is sailing?
Just stay in the moment, at least for sometime. It’s completely normal to be sad.
Never forget you are alone who is dealing with tough times.
The problem when rises more like a bubble, burst it with a positive mindset.
Sometimes we need a life jacket no matter even if you have mastered swimming. Until you express yourself, no one can understand your crisis, hence speak for yourself.
Ask for help & accept support, it is better than regret.
Nothing teaches better than this trio.
The fears, the tears & the years. Find the strength to go through bad.This moment won’t last long & you will see a rainbow ahead.
