Increasing sugar levels amongst old as well as the youth has become a matter of concern.Visiting a doctor amidst the tight work schedule is a challenge.
Thus, we have got you 5 home remedies that will help you control your sugar levels.
1. Fenugreek seeds ( Methi dana) – Soak 8- 10 fenugreek seeds in water for whole night. In the morning chew and eat the seeds and drink the water. This helps reduce diabetes slowly and steadily.
2. Aloevera – The sap of aloevera is known to have laxative effects. Eat the mucilaginous gel inside leaves at least once in a day to boost your energy and to reduce your sugar levels.
3. Cinnamon – Mix half or one teaspoon of cinnamon powder or grounded cinnamon with warm water and have it every morning.
4. Jamun Leaves ( BlackBerry) – Chew the jamun leaves once in a day to reduce your high sugar levels.
5. Homemade powders – concoction of karela powder, jamun seed powder, neem powder, fenugreek powder, mixed in equal proportions . Consume 1 teaspoon of this mix half and hour before lunch and dinner along with water.
