To be confident and to act confidently- sounds synonymous but there’s a huge difference. The synchronisation of our mind and action is the most difficult part of nervous system.
Whenever I suffered in pain be it from a personal loss, anxiety or depression, I said to myself, ”I can, I will, I have to.”
But when it was time for action, I felt weak, yes WEAK. But one thing I did, I never stopped. After countless times of falling, I stood up.
I know life is like waxing and waning of moon, the next moment is unknown but I want to be a believer, I want to be MYSELF. Nowadays its so common to hear, ”BE POSITIVE.” But I am an old fashioned orthodox lady who don’t believe in these sayings.
Situations become challenging, how can we stay positive always. Let’s inculcate the power of emerging from negative situations.
Let’s the tears roll down the cheeks. Holding them is more painful than releasing them. But don’t stop walking . Life is a journey we have to cover it. So my mantra is not ”be positive” but “Be GOING.”
Being a regular haiku writer, I take examples of nature.
Look at the blooming bud, it is confident to bloom to a flower, the storm may destroy it but it tries.
The best part is “ Let’s the tears roll down the cheeks”. Although we often try to hold it but we should release it, otherwise it becomes suffocating which will eventually give more pain. The funniest part is human tendency is to hide it, I think we must accept it. This is what life is.
