There’s nothing, she can’t do

We all are born as individuals, with unique identity holding special qualities. Men or Women, there’s something special in each of us. Bringing unique quality in our roles, we play ourselves to our best. Not everything is within our reach, neither everything is impossible. What one can do in playing their role, others might find it difficult but carrying along our limitations, pulling up the collar of strength, confidence and learning, we all set ourselves for every new challenge.
And then comes the society, formed by people like you and me, our own little universe in this huge cosmos. Everyday, many of us, specially the girls and their grown up identity, Women, are told about their limits, taught mostly what she is suppose to do to maintain balance between the rules created by them which usually involves what she isn’t allowed to do and their ruling patriarchal mindset.
But then she is stubborn, born to break these rules, finding her own way to balance up this life, that’s what we call, #BreakTheBias.
She may struggle initially, but she is determined to polish herself for the betterment of her girl gang. Some days are difficult, she might stumble, but she will find her way, pushing on, breaking biases along and encouraging everyone to lead, to follow, to reach the destination, she actually belongs to.
From a housewife to a home maker, just a new mom to a full time mother, it wasn’t easy to find herself lost in the four walls of her own abode. What does she do the whole day, got answered by herself. If she goes to office, her better half looks after the kids, if she is a home maker, she still gets a break. It all about accepting her as equal gender, capable of doing everything. And most of us are breaking the biased behavior of the society by joining hands.
The world will not be called biased the day opportunities in the corporate world will be meant for a qualified person instead of a specific gender. Taboos, will not be entertained ever, patriarchy will be shown the out door and what will matter is making her presence felt the most, breaking all the biases.
This International Women’s day, activate your brains, crossing our hands and taking an oath of breaking the bias, completely to make her feel, equal, to make her feel, she matters.
