She vs He

When he comes late at night, no problem he is a boy, When she comes late, then why the society makes noise? When he wakes up late after a long tiring day then he should take a rest, When she wakes up late then she becomes lazy and careless.

When he doesn’t see the kids, he has so much work which keeps him occupied, But if she fails sometimes then she becomes irresponsible and selfish. When he doesn’t care about his wife’s family, What can he do, he has so much to do, But if she does not care for her in-laws, she is disobedient and disrespectful. When he offers gift to his children, then it’s a sweet and caring gesture, But when she praises her kids then she is spoiling their behaviour.

When he chooses his career, let’s respect his decision and choice, But if she decides something, she should take advice from her family and relatives.

Whether love or arranged marriage, man has all freedom for their preferences, But if she chooses her partner then she becomes characterless and rebellious. When he cooks something it impresses the whole society as a kind gesture. But cooking for her is a routine so what’s the big deal?

His promotion at work, is because of his talent and creativity. But her promotion is the result of mercy and sympathy. When he gets a divorce then oh he is a man, he will definitely find a better companion. But if she lands in this kind of situation then her life has no options.

In this world when all the genders have similar rights and liberties, Then why time to time we witness gender inequality? Glorifying feminism is absolutely not a great idea, But at least women should feel free from bias in this modern era.

Respect and regards have their own place Besides these things, women want equal space. As a society, we should do what is morally and ethically right, let’s take a pledge, Let’s make this earth a better place for women and they should have freedom from bias, Together let’s #BreakTheBias.
