I don’t even know how to start because this season messed with my sleep and also my emotions. I literally told myself, “One episode and then I’ll sleep,” and obviously that didn’t happen. It never does. But with this one, it wasn’t even a choice… it just pulled me in.
Srikant this time… uff. There’s something very real about the way he’s tired. Not dramatic tired, but that normal human exhaustion we’ve all seen in our dads, uncles, siblings — even in ourselves on some random Tuesday night. Manoj Bajpayee just gets it. There were scenes where he wasn’t even talking, and I still felt bad for him. Like bro is carrying the entire world and still expected to attend a PTA meeting.
And then comes JK.
I swear, Sharib Hashmi steals the show. His comic timing with that soft emotional punch is so comforting and relatable. There’s one particular scene (you’ll know when you see it) where he just sits there, quiet — and that silence stayed with me more than any twist. It’s weird how much you end up caring for him.
Jaideep Ahlawat… I mean, what do I even say? He walks into the frame and suddenly the energy shifts. That slow-burning intensity is his brand now. And Shreya — she brings this calm control that balances everything. They never try too hard, but they still make an impact.
Also, I LOVE how this season didn’t try to be overly clever. It didn’t scream, “Look how smart I am.” It just… told the story. Nicely. Honestly. With enough humour to keep you sane, enough emotion to poke at your heart, and enough thrill to keep your eyes open at 3 AM even when your brain is begging for sleep.
By the end, I was just sitting there with this combination of heaviness and warmth — a weird mix. Like when a good book ends and you’re just staring at nothing for a minute. The last episode didn’t just finish — it settled somewhere inside.
All I know is — this season didn’t just entertain me.
It made me feel things I wasn’t planning to feel on a weekday night.
If someone asks me, “How is Family Man 3?” I don’t even know how to rate it.
All I can say is — it’s real, it’s emotional, it’s intense, and it stays with you longer than you expect.
