Someone once rightly said, ‘Just because something isn’t happening for you right now, doesn’t mean that it will never happen’ – unknown.
Life can be unpredictable and may not ‘always‘ happen the way we have planned. It can be frustrating and stressful, but we need not have to end up being negative about the whole scenario.
The key is to embrace this phase/change and to stay optimistic. Acceptance of change is a skill that can be mastered only with practice.
Sometimes you find yourself in a situation where you think that walking away from it is the only solution. But it is not so. The more you run away from the problem the more grave it could get. Instead, one must learn to accept that things won’t always go according to plan.
When you feel uncertain at any point of time with any given situation, it is easy to procrastinate and think about the future. But this approach refrains you from working towards the solution and it only delays the inevitable. Instead, one must take action and devise ways to find a solution.
Try not to fall into the trap of thinking you can control everything.
You can’t. Period.
Instead be realistic and focus on the things that you can control which is your attitude, action and your response to the situation.
You can even turn to others for advice and support on how to move forward. Discussing the situation with others help us look at the issue with a different perspective.
To sum it up, my point of view is that when life throws heat at us we must embrace them as lessons and work towards finding a solution with a positive mind-set.
